These terms apply to the optional Shields Industries LLC event text messaging program. Shields Industries is the sender; YouTool and Twilio provide tools used to operate the program.
What you can choose to receive
When you expressly opt in, you agree to receive the Shields Industries event invitations, personal RSVP links, and reminders described when you enroll, including promotional text messages sent using automated technology. Consent applies to the sender and subject you selected; it does not enroll you in other companies' programs. Message frequency varies by event and your subscription.
Your consent is optional
Consent is not a condition of purchase, submitting an inquiry, making an RSVP, or attending an event. Providing a phone number, agreeing to a privacy notice, or reading these terms does not by itself enroll you. You must separately and affirmatively opt in. Only provide a number you are authorized to use, and let us know if you stop using it.
Message costs and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details. Delivery depends on carrier networks and service availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to a program message at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you provide fresh consent. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an RSVP or prevent you from contacting us through the website.

Your information
Our privacy notice explains how we handle mobile numbers, consent records, messaging preferences, and opt-outs. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Program changes
We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Changes do not expand the consent you already provided; any new sender or message purpose requires its own appropriate consent.
